Special Olympics Turkey athletes ready to hit the court with Euroleague's One Team Final Four players

Special Olympics and One Team Euroleague’s partnership has been the highlight to many during this year’s Final Four in Istanbul, Turkey.

In addition to Special Olympics Turkey athletes who had the wonderful opportunity to participate in weekend-long activities with world-renowned basketball stars, the Final Four players also got to take a break from the stress of the championship weekend and just have some fun at court.

Global One Team Ambassador and CSKA Moscow player Kyle Hines who participated in the FanZone said: “The kids enjoyed the activities but I think we enjoyed it even more.”

Fenerbahce Istanbul's Ahmet Duverioglu, Othello Hunter from Real Madrid and Olympiacos Piraeus pair Kostas Papanikolaou and Ioannis Papapetrou also joined Hines on the court to spend the morning with the Special Olympics Turkey athletes.

When everyone left the court with all smiles, Hines said “This is an amazing partnership that is ever growing. Lucky for me I’ve been a part of it since the beginning.”
